These guys are great. Had an issue with an old AC unit flipping the circuit breaker and got “All Good” on the phone. The gentleman talked me through some basic troubleshooting to help diagnose the problem and we are able to pin point it without him having to come out and make a call. Truly, would have expected any HVAC service to make a visit and charge me a basic fee but this gentlemen when the extra step and was very helpful.
I will only call “All Good Home” when we have future issues. These are guys you can trust to help you out of a fix.

Installed two Carrier mini-split ductless heat pump/air conditioner units in upstairs rooms.
Awesome! David and his brother were professional, nice, and worked so well together that it was fun to watch. I got three estimates, and this price was the best. The work went quickly, I learned new things about my house (David is seriously an expert in furnaces–he caught a number of issues that our home inspector missed), and the new units are terrific. Now, we can turn our heat way down most of the day, and leave the central air OFF most of the summer, because we can focus on heating and cooling the rooms we really use.

My A/C wasn’t working properly. They came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as low Freon.
The service was great – he came out the same day I called and was friendly and professional. He talked through the issue with me, provided several different options, and told me what I should prepare for with the system long-term.

Dave was incredibly helpful throughout the process! He was at the house about 15 minutes after we first called him. He did an initial assessment of the system and came back the next morning to replace the outside HVAC system.
I thought Dave was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will certainly contact him again if we need him!

My air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The unit needed freon. He discussed things to look out for and potential issues/costs in the future.
I received a return call within minutes of leaving a message and set up an appt the same day. He was professional and friendly. He explained the issue in a way that made sense to me! Highly recommend!

Our 18 year old furnace/heat pump/AC quit working, and we needed to get it repaired. The compressor burned out and we needed a new system. After getting other estimates, including one from a competitor, for $6450, we decided to go with Dave Pugh (owner of All Good Home, Inc.), who gave us an excellent price, and also worked with us on the financing. I found his company through Angie’s List (my first time using AL for contacting a company). Dave came out within 20 minutes of calling him for the estimate, he took measurements, and a down payment. Dave and his brother completed the job within 4 hours the next day (today), and installed a 3 ton system, instead of a 2.5, all for the same price. Dave was very knowledgeable, professional, and dependable. We are extremely happy with the service he provided, and would definitely recommend him to our neighbors, friends, etc.:

It went very well. Dave spent nearly an hour looking at my HVAC system and found a potential fix. He also made a really good recommendation for how I could address heat issues without a lot of expensive work. His recommendations seemed more geared to my interests and not his necessarily. Really appreciated his honesty.

He diagnosed a problem with our heat pump/AC system and temporarily fixed it.
Our central air stopped working around 8:00 at night (that’s when I noticed the problem). I called All Good Home Inc the next morning and Dave was able to swing by our house around 1030. He quickly diagnosed the problem (coolant leak) and provided multiple options (patch, repair, replace…) and laid out all of the pros and cons of each. We chose the cheapest option for now and will replace the system (with All Good Home Inc) in the future. Dave was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

Heat would not turn on. Repaired HVAC wiring issue caused by BGE Peak Rewards Technicians.
Dave was awesome! After the 3rd BGE Tech came to do something with the BGE thermostat they installed, I was told there was nothing wrong with the wiring and that I needed a HVAC repairman. As soon the tech walked out the door, I called Dave and he was there in 20 minutes. He fixed the wiring and 20 minutes later I had heat! I will be submitting a BGE claim since it was their fault I had no heat in the first place. If I ever have any HVAC issues again, I will definitely be calling All Good Home.

Diagnosed a complicated repair of an older HVAC unit and Installed a complete HVAC replacement system.
We had a relatively new (8 years old) HVAC system that failed to work when we turned on the AC. The fan blew but there was no cold air. Dave (the owner of the company), came by and quickly and competently diagnosed the problem. He spent a lot of time with me explaining various options and he even called the manufacturer’s support tech while waiting with me to get a second and third opinion to validate his concerns about the unit. After weighing the various options, repair procedures, and the anticipated efficacy of the repair I decided to replace the unit with a new Carrier system recommended by Dave. I never got the sense that he was trying to “sell” me anything. He just calmly detailed the options and when he was done it made the most sense to replace the unit. He said that he could have it installed within the week, and he did not disappoint. He showed up on time, prepared and completed the installation in one day! Everything is working beautifully. The installation is clean and neat and Dave and his crew were always 100% professional during the work. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

This is truly a top-notch company that is very customer-centric.
I emailed them on a Friday late afternoon and had a response with a quote by that evening. Dave followed up on Monday morning to make sure I got the email and see if I had any questions. When we decided to move forward, he wasted no time in ordering the equipment and scheduling a time to install.
Very friendly, competent and easy to do business with. He was very punctual in the two times that he came to the house and always answered his cell phone.
When I mentioned that I had a faulty breaker (nuisance tripping), he offered to put one in for free if I picked one up. He actually showed me how to do it, so next time I can do it myself.
I have dealt with many contractors in the past (and even do it professionally because I am a registered professional engineer in 5 states), and this outfit is one of the best all around. Needless to say, I have a new preferred HVAC service contractor for both home and rental property.

Replace water heater and conduct minor repairs across the HVAC systems in our house.
Went great; would easily use again. They were responsive in their communication, made a very attractive proposal, and executed successfully and on time. Dave walked me through the entire system and helped me what was actually needed (compared to another company that basically suggested to replace all sorts of things simply because they were old).
